Spinach soup

Ingredients:

• 1/4 onion chopped roughly
• 1bunch spinach washed and roughly chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 cup cream( optional)
• 1 scup milk (optional)
• 1 tsp oil /butter
• Onion/garlic finely minced for seasoning

Method

1. Boil the spinach, onions, garlic, salt in a pressure cooker (1 whistle) or on stovetop.
2. Cool, liquidize and strain.
3. Simmer and add pepper for seasoning.
4. For richness / thickness add cream/milk while simmering.
5. Season with browned garlic / onion in butter /oil
